Bodin Bulatović has substantial professional experience in transaction advisory and structured finance. He is a consultant with the Transaction Advisory department of the International Finance Corporation. Bodin has considerable experience in advising PPP transactions with focus on infrastructure and project finance across Europe & Central Asia.
He has extensive knowledge in core transaction areas such as M&A, valuations, due diligence, but also in other areas of corporate finance such as business planning and financial modeling, as well as corporate restructuring. Prior to joining IFC, Bodin worked at the KPMG, providing financial advisory services in industries such as energy, telecommunications and infrastructure. He also has experience in public sector policy reform and providing restructuring support to institutional clients.
Bodin graduated from the Vienna University of Business and Economics, earning a degree in International Business Administration. He is a CFA Charter holder since 2018 and an active member of the CFA Society in Serbia.
Bodin is both Serbian and Canadian, and is fluent in English, Serbian, German and French.
