Born on November 7, 1959 in vilage Kumane near Veliko Gradište.
He graduated from the Economics Higher School in Belgrade.
Mr. Milić started working in the local government as a official of the Local office, in 1979. From 1985 he worked as a commercialist in Аgricultural combine, and in 1987 as a director of Аgricultural cooperative.
From 1992 he was the President of the Municipal Assembly, and from 1993 to 2004 he was the President of the Executive Board of the Municipality of Veliko Gradište. From 1993 to 1997, Milić was a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on behalf of the Socialist Party of Serbia.
As mayor Mr. Milić was elected for the second time in the direct elections in 2004 with a four-year term. He has been performing this function again since 2010, and in the local elections in 2012 and 2016 he won two more mandates. This year Dragan Milić won a sixth term in local elections.
He is the founder of the Group of Citizens "For the Village and the City - Dragan Milić", and today he is a member of the Serbian Progressive Party.
Married, father of two daughters and grandfather of three grandchildren.
