Dragutin Nenezic is lawyer specialized in PPPs, concessions and infrastructure finance with 10 years of regional experience in Western Balkans. Born in Belgrade, he completed his studies at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, and later specialized in PPPs, completing executive course at the Harvard Kennedy School and obtaining international APMG PPP Certificate. His professional career started in a Big4 consultancy, where he spent 2 years, and continued for 5 years in a leading regional law firm. He later spent 4 years as PPP and Investment Aide to the Mayor of the City of Belgrade, managing the PPP portfolio of the City of Belgrade, and has worked on the Belgrade airport concession project (winner of the IJGlobal award for the European airport transaction of the year 2018), also participating in drafting the last amendments to the Serbian Law on PPPs and Concessions. He is now working on complex transactions and policy projects on both public and private side in the region. In addition to consulting, he has published on the PPPs in Serbia in both domestic and foreign scientific journals, and he is a member of UNECE Project Team to develop a People-first PPP Impact Assessment Tool.
