Miloš Laković is a partner with Moravčević Vojnović i Partneri in cooperation with Schoenherr. He focuses on energy sector and PPPs in Serbia and the region. Miloš advises international clients on their market entry and provides legal support in implementation of their investments (including substantial work relating to public procurement issues). Miloš has acted for a number of foreign investors in the energy and infrastructure sector (including RWE AG, OMV and Gazprom) and public authorities in the region. His recent assignments include advising: EBRD in relation to potential development of a new central bus terminal in the city of Kragujevac in central Serbia; City of Belgrade in relation to PPP construction of four underground garages in Belgrade, Serbia; and EPCG, Montenegrin national electricity utility, and Fortum, Finland on development of 200MW solar power plant in Ulcinj, Montenegro. He has been with Moravčević Vojnović i Partneri in cooperation with Schoenherr since 2007. Since 2010 he authors the Serbian and Montenegro chapters of the yearly European Energy Handbook published by Herbert Smith Freehills.
